Recognizing a growing deficit of skilled workers, such as linemen, across the industry, ComEd saw an opportunity to play a role in ensuring the next generation of our energy workforce by partnering with the City Colleges of Chicago to launch the Dawson Overhead Electrical Line Worker Program.
