No Cold Feet for ComEd Polar Plungers

Well, there likely were some cold feet, literally speaking. But that’s only because more than 670 ComEd employees, family members, and close friends braved a 40-degree Lake Michigan for this year’s annual Polar Plunge on March 5  to benefit Special Olympics Chicago.

This year, more ComEd Coolers decided to plunge than ever before, breaking both company and event records as the largest team in Polar Plunge history. And more plungers meant more donations. While some contributions are still trickling in, ComEd’s team raised more than $270,000 of the event’s total $1.5 million.

Relive the fun by watching the ComEd Coolers take the plunge.
