A Diverse and Inclusive Team Helps ComEd Deliver for Customers

ComEd believes in the power of diversity and inclusion (D&I). In fact,  D&I is one of the company’s long-standing values focused on promoting respect, care, and an inclusive environment for its workforce and customers alike.

Recently, Tracie Morris, ComEd’s Vice President of Human Resources, talked with African-American Career World magazine about ComEd’s long-standing D&I commitment and its beliefs about how a wide range of backgrounds and perspectives make it a better and stronger company.

In her interview, Tracie highlights ComEd’s CONSTRUCT, a program that aims to attract and train diverse candidates, helping them prepare to compete for careers in construction and energy-related fields.
